    Hey guys,
There are some Kaisers sitting in this place where I had my car bead blasted on the northeast side of San Antonio Texas. They are for sale. If anyone is interested I can check on them and maybe a pic or two. Other neat cars there too.
    Peace,
    Chaz

I have no idea. There was another party from Houston that was interested in them. I have not been out there in about 3 weeks to see if they are still there. I can PM you with his phone number if you want me to.

I can see why Kaiser went under. These were ugly cars! Sorry, just my humble opinion.

As an owner of a 54 Kaiser Manhattan and a 48 Hudson Commodore Six, I take offense at referring to Kaisers as ugly cars. If aesthetics is what caused Kaisers to go under, I guess that's why AMC quit making Hudsons after 1957. Talk about ugly cars, 1955-57 Hashes are right up there with Edsels, etc.

Sorry, don't know what model Kaisers those are but ugly roof lines, especially compared to your 48 Hudson...Hudson Jets are ugly too, fast, well built, but ugly. Don't know why Kaiser went out but I'm sure it is for the same reasons that the other independents went out of biz aswell... couldn't compete with the big three, etc. Yes the Hashes of 55 -57 are ugly aswell- glad they weren't real Hudsons. , the last real Hudsons were made in 1954.

You have to be joking me. Ugly? Sure these rusted examples are not the best looking bunch but the original cars themselves are far from ugly. One of the best looking cars IMO.

To each their own. Let the consumer decide...

Ugly makes for unforgetable lines at any rate. Edsels, many AMC cars in the 60s-70s were weirder. Look at the 84 Cad Seville with the chopped off trunk. Seemed ugly then but is the only recognizable Cad in 20 years of models.

It's purely subjective anyhow. Replace the word distinctive with ugly and you get the picture. Besides what would you realy want a 54 Kaiser or a 2008 Focus? Yeah, I thought so.

The lines of this look very similar to my 49 Dodge Coronet. Google it and see for yourself. Yours is a very nice car, congrats!
