Looking for Bi-Ray headlights for 1937 Dodge Pickup
-
I need both 1937 Dodge Pickup headlights. They were made by Bi-Ray and are 11" long with a 7 1/2" - 7 9/16" opening. The have a 3/8" stainless trim right around the front opening. I understand that 1937 Plymouth Pickup up and 1937 Hudson headlights are the same.Bi-Ray 37Dodge4PU_116306582347860.JPG1102 x 827 - 49K

Contact Donald Axelrod for all pre-1939 headlights and parts. 35 Timson, Lynn, MA 01902, PH: 781-598-0523; email: XXXhdlthqtrs@aol.com (remove three X's before mailing).
I had never heard of the connection between 1937 Hudson and Plymouth truck headlights before; could be.
Incidentally, it looks like there is some sort of plug for the wiring harness built into the headlight shell, on the lights you picture above. I have a NOS cloth wiring harness with a plug at one end, which might possibly fit your lights. (Could be a left, or right.) It's a long shot, but if you want to send me a brief description including the length, I'll check it out and get back to you. E-mail me at HETdetailed@verizon.net (remove the HET before sending). -
Thanks for the tip.
I have been in contact with Don for a couple years. Even took the headlights to Hershey for him to look at. No luck. -
