1968 chrysler newport
-
Hi. I just inherited a 1968 chrysler newport and I am really wanting to get it on the road by the weekend. My problem is the brake pedal is hard. I backed it up thinking it might be suck, but it still doesnt work. Any ideas??...The mastercylinder isnt leaking brake fluid at all.
Thanks

With the limited information that you give I would think that your problem is the booster. Do you have good vacumn going to it? Is the pedal high? Does it take a lot of pressure to stop the car? Have you tried looking in a motors manual for some help to try to figure it out?
Good luck and keep us posted

I looked for docs that referring to this problem but couldn't find any of those, do you have a clue?
