Hello all. First post here. I am in the market for a 34 ford truck. I have found one that is an all steel body in good condition. There are 2 beds...one new and one old, complete cab with doors (missing regulators), all fenders in good condition, side boards, original lights and light bar, grill and side engine covers. No engine, but has trans. Everything except for the frame has been stored indoors. The frame has been outside for the last 5 years....no big deal...but it does have the rust where the crossmembers meet the frame rails in the back. Not a big deal, as I am told that most frames have this problem area, but are easily fixed. Asking price $4350. Keep in mind that there is not much more than surface rust on almost the whole body (the entire cab was beaded and primered already). Also, the guy stated that this was a rare 117" wheelbase. I don't know the difference between that and any other.

Also, if anyone has and idea where I can fill my brain with all the info that I would need to educate myself about this vehicle (history and restoration), that would be great. Internet or book resource.
