does anyone that logs onto this board know how to decode a vin number?
I am entertaining the thought of buyin a 1970 el camino SS with the following vin and casting numbers.
VIN NUMBER=136800L158434
COWL TAG=ST70-13680BL0729 TR7555858
ASSEMBLY DATE=T70131N &6L117095
HEAD CODES=3872702
