Trying to ID Differential

Hi,
I'm new to this group and have a 57 Chevy 3100. I'm trying to identify the rear end in this truck. Stamped on the rear end is the number 8725899 and B202. I would like to know if this is a stock rear end or if it is a replacement and if so, what is the year and model.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
