AMX sports coupe
-
This was the last year for the two passenger AMX sports coupe. The standard AMX engine was a 360 cubic inch, 290hp V8. A modest restling for 1970 included a new hood with an air scoop and a restyled grille.

Wow, that's quite a muscle car. It's sad.

Why is it the last time?

It was the end for the 2 seater, but the AMX continued as a special Javelin, and then a special Hornet/Concord and Spirit package before it finally stopped at the end of 80 MY.
