ok here is thestory... my & my brother own a 67 for fairlane.... we are formally import tuners & we really dont know how to start it... we know how to, but we dont knowif we have spark... how can we check that?
-
Pull a spark plug wire off the plug and put a long phillips screwdriver in the end where the plug goes. Hold the screwdriver metal close to a good ground and have someone crank the engine. You should see a spark jump from the screwdriver to ground.

or you can pull the spark plug wire out and get one of those spark checkers where you put the plug end on the spark plug and the spark plug end in the plug and crank the motor and you should see a sprk jump in the clear part of the checker.
i hope this helps, Nick Hansen
