What is it ?

I have acquired an old "home made" trailer that was apparently made from an old pickup truck bed. Some people have told me that they think is was from a Model A pickup, but the pictures I have found of the wheels from Model As don't look the same as these. I am looking for baby moon caps to fit these wheels.
I have several photos but I don't know how to include them here. Can someone tell me what I have ?
