1959 Caddy to restore

I have a 1959 Cadillac that I want to get restored. I do not have time to do it myself but I want to get it looking sharp. My father bought it new in 1960 and it has been well taken care of. It needs a paint job, some chrome polished up, new exhaust and the engine and tranny rebuilt. Also, want to get the electrical a once over to make sure everything is working. I want to take it somewhere that I know it will be taken care of.
Any suggestions on a one stop shop for this kind of thing? I am located in Dallas TX and would like to keep it local. Dallas, Richardson, etc..
