On Hollywoods and convert's there is a very thin peice of division bar channel. I have tried to find it with no luck. I bought a set from restoration speclities. ... it too was the wrong one. Does anybody know where I can get the right stuff??

This is the U-shaped channel with the hairy stuff in it? If so, I have a commercial glass supplier's catalog (C.R. Laurence Co.) and would be happy to check it, if you could give me the dimensions of the elusive part.

I am looking for the same stuff. There was a guy in FL that sent me some info. He bought some stuff and was going to try it out and let me know what happened. Will try and search for it myself as well.

Lew, over the years, the only one I was ever able to get correct channel from was Dick Bell. It may be worth call to see if he has any left or can tell you where he bought it. BTW, I will take a couple of sets also, if you do any good.

I found the orgingal thread I had started back a few months ago. SUPER DAVE was the one who knew what to get. I am going to write to him and see how it turned out.
