which solenoid with ground switch?

I have a 38 ford that was converted to 12 v it has the 6v starter and the push button one wire ground starter switch on the dash. I thought the solenoid was bad so i replaced it and threw the one that was on the car away. turned out the starter needed rebuilt, i can jump across the starter and it will start. i thought the solenoid was the same as a mustang, WRONG!!!! now i don't know where to get a 4 post solenoid that works with a ground switch! thanks for any help
