What is this part from? Teens? 20's?

    Does anybody know what year this Shutter/Idle Mixture/Choke control plate is off of? Among other treasures, I found this in some boxes of Hudson parts my grandfather gave me.

    For what it is, I feel like its in pretty amazing condition. The brass will polish up nice and the control rods all move smooth. The knobs are even pretty nice!

    1953 Hornet sedan Twin-H
    Custom front springs, drop-blocks out back, Clifford 6-2 headers exiting out back shotgun style, Pertronix, and Flames!

    1964 Chevy C-10 Longbed, 396/TH400 lowered just enough and \"easy to touch up\" Black paint.

    2003 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor
    Caved in quarter and fender. Bad paint. Non-True-Trac heap. But it's paid for.

    Cool. Looks like "go faster knobs/controls." Be nice to put in under the dash and warn passengers to "not pull on those, bad things might happen" Lol.

    I'd be interested in it. If it's cheap. Tried to send you a PM. But this web site format is too difficult to navigate. I think it's teens as well. But I don't know for sure.

    Essex 4 cyl and Hudson models 1918 to 1926 had these.

    Are you saying all Hudson and Essex '18-'26? Or only all 4cyl's through those years?

    Only the 4 cylinder Essex '19-'23, and Hudson up and incl. 1926

    Thanks for the input guys. This part came in a bunch of stuff handed down from my Grandfather, most of which I am going to sell piece by piece, except for this one. It's just too nice and too cool. I'm building a Teardrop trailer and going to implement this piece into the interior and make it functional.
