It's obvious that it was well planned, and that there were test runs, and probably several 'takes' on the car going thru the various aspects and areas of the route. One of the most obvious is the passing of the other car, just after doing a 180 at the closed gate.
However, the emotions, language and comments made by the salesman make me think he was not a part of it (at least not initially), and was was 'pranked'.
Pretty funny - If you get a chance, go out to youtube and watch the other spoofs/pranks that the sponsor put out (there are a couple more).
