1939 country club 6 wing window frame
-
I drilled out the rivets that held the wing frames to the upright window track. Now the parts are back from platter and I was wondering how everyone goes about reattaching these parts, spot weld, screw, nut and bolt. I'm at a loss here. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

I assume you do NOT have the "disappearing windwing" that rolls down into the door? I do, so it's different from yours, but in mine, the vertical channel screwed to the cast metal frame with tiny flat head screws. Possibly yours was riveted. In that case, have you investigated obtaining some rivets and a device with which to install them? It sounds like there is not much clearance for a nut and bolt-type fastener in the area where this is visible, so I guess rivets will be the way to go.

I as a suggestion you get stainless steel 1s so they don't oxidize as time goes on
I don't know if there would be any chemical reaction between the 2 different metals ie st /steel and steel
