"Let the buyer beware!"
Not sure whats up but B&C are listing on Ebay but not replying to emails or sending out merchandise that gets paid for!
Fortunately it was only a couple condensors that I lost out on and not much $$.
Didnt jump on it quick enough to get Ebay guarantee involved as I have bought from them in the past and no problems.
Just a 'heads up' to ya'all.

How long has it been since you won the auction? You've tried multiple times, during that time, to e-mail them? Have you tried a known e-mail address or did you attempt to reach them through e-bay's "ask seller a question"?
Just curious to know what precisely happened.
Has anyone else had a similar problem with B & C, and was yours exactly the same as Jeff's? -
Jon, I have called them several times in the distant past to ask questions about carbs and never got any replies. I have bought from them in the past and did receive my merchandise though. Richie.

They vanished off Ebay once before for awhile then showed back up again. The only thing I might say is watch what they say the item is for. The Ebay ads are quite deceptiveRetired Tech.

I have purchased from the twice in the past year and I have had no problems. I contacted them via the Ebay "Ask seller a question" and I got a prompt response with good information.

I have not looked at the ads in awhile ,but one I remember : Have seen 1948 fenders listed as fitting all 1948-54 hudson cars. Would love to talk to the guy that tried to put that on a 54 wasp,

@Roger: This reminds me of a guy I met at a car meet. He said that all ''newbies'' like me were sent to him to answer questions on step-downs. So, when I told him that my intention was to take off the parts that I could, like the doors, trunk lid and front fenders, air trap and gas trap he told me I had forgotten the back fenders. He said it was held with nuts and bolts. I replied, maybe on the 48 to 53 cars but not on the 54! He said, are you sure? Yes I was. He said he would have to check that! I hope he did! Needless to say he won't be the one who will guide me...I met him again the year after but, nothing was said...Michel

Hey Jon,
This was back in December/January I believe.
Yes I tried multiple ways to reach Chip at B&C's. I also have gotten some things in the past.
I brought it up because I noticed they are back on Ebay again and just wanted to relate it on.
The purchase was also for a distributor cap and I had requested a combined shipping on all.
I went through Ebay finally and I thought since it was a combined deal I only had to file the complaint on one item. Nope you have to do both items. I did get a refund on the cap through Ebay's resolution program.
Never did hear back from B&C.
Jeff
