If these repeated bad news customer experiences are true which surely they are, I am surprised that the relevant government authority has not closed them down by now or at least warned them.

K-Gap seems a bit spiteful against those who call them out and that is a bad sign I would say. To me that means they believe they are in the right, and/or are in denial. Of course we all have choices and the way they are operating is their chosen modus operandi. My choice is not to use them, as I daren't trust them.

We have guys here in Australia trying to contact K-Gap, but are drawing a blank at each and every turn. Such a shame to see a good business built by Press and Janet go belly up,best wished to Dr Doug as we hope his new venture goes well as I'm sure it will with him running the show.

IMO, we are 'beating a dead horse', just re-hashing discussions, frustration, etc.

I encourage those of you that have long-pending/standing orders or monetary disputes with K-Gap use the links provided in the posts above to begin the process of putting those disputes on record and 'making your claim'.
Sooner or later it will 'come to a head' - and with the prevaling attitude indicated that is coming from K-Gap, it will most likely occur in a courtroom.
And this must include and involve our international members & friends. Being treated equitably and fairly should never have geographical boundaries and it is not a privilege, it is the most basic of rights.

If there are those that have new or additional information, or just want to continue this or a similiar discussion, please feel free to start a new thread.

To all those who have been directly affected by K-Gap: Please keep us informed as to any and all progress in your situation(s), if you choose to 'share' the information.
