Looks to be a 1941, probably an Ambassador, judging from the longish looking front.

In 1941, the smaller "600" had the first US built "unibody". The larger Ambassador also had the Unibody, but sat on a frame as well!

It's a Nash alright but more like 39-40. 41 had no horizontal center grill bars.
