Pretty Sharp '36 H8 on E-Bay
-
This looks to be the one Luther Bergman had from the L. A. area in southern Cal...Great looking coupe.
-
I owned it when I lived in the Escondido, Calif. area a little over 10 years ago. It's a very nice sound car, used to drive it around town, to cruise night, etc.
-
Just looked in an old Roster from the '70s. Luther lived up in Tulare, a long way from L.A.
My buddy told me I bought it from a guy in no. Calif. as he went with me to get it so perhaps it was from Luther that I bought it. I don't remember who I sold it to either as I didn't own it long nor do anything much to it - it looks just like it did when I had it.
Is "Old Timers Disease" setting in?????????????? LOL -
I like ads like this one - man got his figures correct (re shipments). None of this "only one known to exist" etc etc BS. The description appears to be honest - I think somebody is going to get a great car (let's hope it isn't a street rodder).
