1931 Engine Mount?

I was checking some of the nuts and bolts on the Essex Coupe and found that the engine mount bolts are loose. :-O They have a cotter pin running through one end with a nut on the end so it won't come off. Is there a correct torque spec that these should be tightened to? Where might I find engine mount rubber? Thanks!
