Logansport, Ind. Hudson meet
-
My kids and I went on a Hudson adventure last weekend. Our destination Rick and Susan Crawley meet. We left left late Saturday afternoon. We arrive safely In Logansport around 8:30. I really enjoy Hudson meets, People are great. Got to meet folks I read about in the WTN, what a thrill. And of course got to be around what I call Hudson royalty Dr. Doug, John Pontius, Larry and Sue Kennedy.
We made a trip of a little over 600 miles in our 50 Commodore 8. We made a trip to Greenfield, Ind, Dr. Dougs shop(that was gonna be to pick up aclutch drain plug and clutch fluid), then to Sout Bend, Ind, then Home to SE Michigan. The engine I've been nervous about ever since I fired it up performed very well. I have alot more confidence in it and not afraid to go anywhere. My 2 kids like it better than our explorer.
I have a story to tell about Dr. Doug, but will wait a bit. Doug is a compassonate, caring, wonderful person and I doubt there are many like him. Thank you Doug,
