yes, they are shipping, I just received some rubber seals from Kaylene yesterday.

I haven't gotten the window seals that i ordered back in May of 2011. Ridiculous way to run a business.

Let me ask what I think is a reasonable and necessary question here. If I were able in the past to pay with a credit card or PayPal I would get my parts or a refund, right ? Is this a downgrade with no rights or recourse if I send a check or money order. Perhaps I am mistaken - I think I would like to be ? Gert Kristiansen

I think the safest way is to call them and tell them what you want. Ask them to send an invoice with the item(s) - if they will do it that way you can then add postage to the total amount. If they don't, well................move on to Plan B.

Unfortunately I have already paid for my parts back in May of 2011 through paypal, thinking that K-Gap was a reputable business, and do not have the resources for a "plan B". I am out of money and my car is in pieces.

I have been doing business with KGap for years. These are good people and "long-time" Hudson folks. Rather than bashing them on the Forum why not spend a little time calling them on the phone and working out the problem. There business moto is not: "We cheat to please!." They are going to work out the problems and provide us the parts we want why not try to work with a bit of public relations and less "hidden" backstabing on the computer?Brownie
