Low mileage, but gee what rust!

Saw this - with all the rust in the trunk, those perimeter rails must be 'toast'. And, in this condition, the BIN price is a not realistic...
If those rails are shot, it's a parts car - probably worth around $1-1.5K (?)
Looks like a re-seller, with this car on consignment (from the description). -
Car's worth about $200.
