CARB QUESTION
-
I HAVE A 1954 HUDSON WASP...262 ENGINE WITH A CARTER 2115S CARB
I HAD THE CARB REBUILT AND IT IS RUNNING FINE WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ONE SMALL PROBLEM
I AM GETTING A SLIGHT HESITATION WHEN I ACCELERATE AND IT APPEARS THAT THERE IS NO GAS
BEING SPRAYED FROM THE PUMP JETS. WHAT IS CAUSING THIS AND HOW WOULD I TROUBLE SHOOT
THIS PROBLEM..
THANKS,
TOM -
If you rebuilt the carb, most kits have the short accelerator pump. Did you compare the length of the old pump with the new one? Most are 1/4 inch shorter. Walt.
