37 Terraplane on Auction Kings
-
It was featured on the Discovery Channel show tonight.

I think this happened several months ago. The car was a low mileage original, and one of our Hudson people got wind of it. It had actually been pawned at a pawn shop, and the shop owner said he was thinking of selling it. Our Hudson guy asked the owner to let him know as soon as he put it on sale, so he (our guy) could talk it up amongst Club members and get a good price. Instead, the shop owner suddenly put it on this auction, where it brought (I understand) maybe $5,000. A real bargain for a solid and well preserved, low mileage original. Too bad, though, that some Hudson enthusiasts didn't have a chance to buy it.

I think we know where she ended up!
