Has anybody ever done suicide doors on a 2 or 4 door stepdown? How difficult is it? I think that would look cool!

On Hotrodders.com there is a quasi How-to for a 1953 Ford Victoria. The guy did a really good job. It's among the project cars links on the lower left of the home page.

That looks like the custom stepdown that was at Florida Barrett-Jackson last year...

Very nicely done - and the price showed it, although the owner didn't get what they were looking for... There was even an Ebay 'scammer' thread on it.

Too Cool Man! Maybe someday I'll have the cash for someone to do that on mine. Had suicides on my '38 Dodge Coupe and have always thought they were the best!

Wow! That one that was at BJ's is one cool ride. Love how they incorporated the visor into the body. Suicide doors, side pipes, flat on the ground . . . way too cool. I don't see how any Merc could look any better than a sled Hudson.

    That's sharp!!!
