1950 Commodore Coupe side trim
-
I'm looking at purchasing a 50 Commodore Coupe, but it is missing the side trim except for the "commodore" badge on the front fenders. How hard is it to find this trim in decent condition?
-
It's out there, might take turning over some rocks, but someone will have what you're looking for. I've got some stainless in my garage, not really sure what it all goes to. Need to lay it out and try to see what it all goes to. All of what I have is used and the non dented pieces would need buffing out (I've used Eastwood's buffing kit and got good results from it).
Certainly wouldn't let the side trim be a deciding factor on the purchase. -
Try Glens46golden on ebay. He has tons of chrome trim and chrome for Hudsons, period.

If all else fails, http://northfield-forming.com/ has or can make up stainless trim for anything.
