HAPPY SAINT PATRICKS DAY
-
Today everybody is Irish for a day. Parades and celebrations, tho I sometimes wonder what it's all about, green beer and corned beef and cabbage (I'll pass, thank you). Merriment and Irish jokes up the wahzoo. Aye Laddy, 'tis a brae brawny day.
My former spouse was the quintessential Irish cook - Not that she was Irish, you understand, it's just that everything she cooked turned us green!!!!!!
Everybody have a nice day - paint your Hudsons green for the occasion.
Hudsonly,

Same to you Alex, Just bought some clutch fluid (Black Guinness Beer) for the occasion! Michel

Alex, my 28 Essex Roadster (resto-rod--since Essex did not have a roadster pick up here stateside back then)is dark green and black. I put on my finest Scottish green clothes (Black Watch Tartin) and followed a bunch of other folks on a tour-cruize. It was a good old time. Stopped on the way at a collection of horse drawn carriages. It was like watching an epsode of "Horders" in a good way. He had over 100 carriaqes dating back to about 1830. Maybe 80 were intact, 30 restored and a bunch of parts. A lot of root beer and corned beaf sandwitchs was enjoyed at a roadhouse on the way back. It was a good day for the Irish, but driving in 60 miles per hour winds leaves a bit to be desired....Brownie
