I have a complete 8 cylinder engine out of a 49 Commodore. It was running when I bought it about 10 years ago but has been sitting in my storage shed since then. When I bought it, the PO said it would need manifold gaskets and a heat riser. When I pulled the manifolds, two of the studs had been drilled out and replaced by a 6 year old with a Bob the Builder tool set! Probably very usable as is, but ugly. The engine is complete with flywheel and clutch and I would give someone who needs it in HET Club a good deal (someone please let me know what a good deal would be). Call Joe at 423-235-4231 if you're interested or send me a PM. I'm retired and stay on the net a lot, so will get back pretty quick.
Oh yeah, I'm in Bulls Gap Tennessee, about 50 miles due east of Knoxville.
