Help ID-ing wrecked classic car

    From what I can see of it and by the small amount of the rear suspension that I can see my guess is a 60 to 63 Corvair.

    Marconi, I am in agreement with You. As soon as I saw the Picture I thought 61/62 Corvair. Ralph Nader, and his bunch killed the little car before it really had a chance to show it's true worth. I had a'66 model with a 4 bbl carb and I loved it! Plenty of power, light weight, and very nice styling. I wish I had mine back.

    Thank you! This car is about 10 miles from the nearest paved road. No idea how it ended up out here!
