This link is a detailed history of the building that was the first Hudson plant.
A nice article except for the very last line. Someone needs to give the writer a ride in a Hudson!

Here is a link to the Hudson Body Plant.
I visited here in 2009 and was told there were large presses in the plant that dated back to the HMC.

http://www.efreeguestbooks.com/mg/guest.pl?110857:2:0 is the page to leave comments since no author is apparent for the article on this building. If someone doesn't step up and supply a list of Hudson innovations over 4.5 decades, then this history of Detroit will stand as written and be quoted by others.

It is a great article on the building and early Hudson history like that is certainly hard to find.

Great articles 37CTS. I think you should get in touch with the writer and set him straight on some of his facts

My how history gets rewritten as the next generation inherits the world. Why didnt we that were young in the early days write some of the things down that the older generation actually experience??? NOT innovative??? The author probably drives a foreign car. LOL otherwise not a bad article,
