Need some detective work!
-
Reinstalling the rebuilt master switch for my power windows in a 12v 1956 Hornet. Have all the shop manuals and can't figure out the order the colored wires go. There are two colored wires for each window. The red wires go in the center. Figured out the first two, which operate both windows on the left side. Now have to figure out both right side windows!
Thanks!
Cheers! -
Hook a jumper wire from the red/center wire toeach of the remaining wires, just touch them, and see what happens to which window. You're not going to burn anything out just energize each window motor to go up or down. Then hook up to switch as required.
