fenders??

I have to reform my fenders, There alittle bang up near the bottom, & top and the shape is off abit. Would an english wheel bring them back to the proper shape

I just did a 40 front fender that had been hit in the side over the wheel. I determined the good one was about a 6 in radius. Cut a 1 ft dia block of wood from a blowdown, put it on the horse under the fender and beat it into shape with a rubber hammer. Suprised me. I still had dents I had to beat out and Bondo, but the basic shape was there.
