Thems little ones. When I lived in Maine we had, on occasion, a moose or two wander thru the neighborhood - and we lived about a mile from the center of town off busy U S 1!!!

Dont let your pets out to relieve themselves or any small children to play.
Guess ya'll know what could happen. We dont live that close to nature, but know what a small hawk can do to small pets. We have tall trees around and see them in the tops from time to time.
Thanks for the pics, Bob in north Alabama

Looks like the one I shot first day of PA deer season. They do take a toll on deer and small game here.

Then there was the coyote who was getting on the airplane carrying a dead rabbit.

Stew says 'You can't bring that thing on here'

Coyote says 'Why not, it's my carrion'

    Oh, if I were punished
    For every pun I shed,
    I wouldn't have a puny shed,
In which to hide my punished head.

We have them too here, right behind our backyard. I like them there. They eat the rodents that get in my Hudsons!
