Who would be most likely to have the schematics of this radio. This one is not putting out enough of a signal. Also,Who manufactured the Radio?

The manufacturer of the Radio in your '54 was Sylvania and it was Model SH758. SAMS Photosfacts sells manuals which contains a complete set of schematics with voltages, component location guides, parts list and service adjustments for $15. Used copies can found on the web for about half price.
