Leaf Spring Clips

Does anyone have a source for the rubber and metal "clips" that hold all the leafs together near the outer end of each spring assembly (not sure the proper name for these).

FYI
I get mine at local Spring Shop. They are sheet metal. I clamp with large viae grips then bend the ends over. I also put nylon 'sliders' in-between the leafs and wrap leafs with racer (Duct) tape in absence of rubber sheath.
