1940 Sedan Restoration Progress

Progress report
I undertook the task of opening up the dash today. Took about 7 hours .... phew!
I took out all of the gauges and even went as far as taking off the metal frames and the plastic covers. Cleaned the whole lot out, repainted the inner parts to protect against rust, and put the lot together again.

If you haven't been to the online library there are several 1940 items that might be helpful to you - shop manual, parts manual, bulletins, some 1940 service magazines and so forth. Online library is at:

Gregg Maroney has material for 1940 that I don't, yet, on his web site at:
