HOW TO IDENTIFY A 35 FORD PANEL DELIVERY

Im a highway Patril Officer and am trying to identify a 35 Panel delivery. does anyone have any ideas? Im looking for the proper format and locations on frame.

All I can give you is that the serial number (which was the same as the engine number) is located on top of the frame, left side ahead of the dash or cowl.
