    Commodore which was their top of the line models from '41 thru. '51, '52 being last year & very few sold as hardly anyone would buy the '52 C6 as it had the 262 cubic inch engine whereas for a few $$$ more could get the 308 Hornet which also in '52 had nicer trim (if you look at photo of the back of the '52 C6 you'll see it has the "cheapo" small taillights of the Wasp series cars).

    I always thought that nothing was cheapo on a Hudson.

    I just went to a farm in Wisconsin to look at an old time airport mule and he had one of those 308 Twin H things sitting in the field. WOW, bad shape for sure. Engine was the only good thing left and that may be debatable.

    Me also have the same thought that nothing was cheapo on a Hudson but now i am so sure about the views.
