still looking for parts....

Hi everyone.....I am still looking for front and rear bumpers and the brackets for my 1930 Essex and running board mats with the hardware that goes around the mat too...anyone have these? I have been busy bringing her back to life for the past 3-4 months . thanks in advance....John
p.s. i was told there is a special tool to take the rear mounted tire off, Is this true? where would I buy one and how much? I was wondering if anyone had a spare wood spoked rim too......thanks again -
