Any idea what car this is?

If anyone could tell me what car this is I would be truly grateful.
I took this picture in Rome so it could be an Italian car. But I forgot to further investigate at that time. So now I have no idea what car it is.
The pictures aren't that clear. Also I edited my friend out of it because I'm not sure she would appreciate it.

I heard from on ald guy that Topolino means mouse in italian and the same name is used for Mickey

In my book, "1899- Fiat -1999" there is a photo and the caption states "500 C Belvedere (1952)" A photo of an earlier model seems to have the signal light (or something) that pop out of the windshield post (forget the spelling) and not on the fender. So that pic may be of one around a 52 model year.
