I hope you try again, to attach a file or picture. It's different, but easier then it used to be. You don't have to resize etc.
Just open your reply, like you did. Just under "Message" is "Attachments". To the right of that is a box that says "Add File", click it. That opens your browser to find the picture you want. Click that (open), and it will appear in the box next to attachments. Now you need to place it within' your text message and click the "insert". Like this...

And that's it.
Also, you can refer to this message I just wrote, as you type whatever you want. Just by scroling up and down from what you are writing to what I wrote. Before you click the submit.DSC02629.JPG800 x 600 - 35K -

That used to work for me but not any longer!! This is what I get:

For some unknown reason the attachment is not being transferred over from my hard drive.
