No AC? How about wings?
-
Here is a question:
My grandma is wanting to restore an old chevy that has been in storage and inoperable for decades. There is no AC in the car and GMA doesn't think we should add it. I like the idea of having wings on a car and it seems to be a pretty good alternative to AC. Except here is the problem: The car doesnt have wings and adding them as a permanent feature is not an option. I haven't been able to find any place that sells non-permanent wings that you can just fit into the window frame[while the window is down]. So I have designed a wing that you can fit into the window....but first I have a couple questions before I do that.
Question 1:
Do you know of any place that sells temporary wings that you can just place into the window frame, to get more breeze in the car?
Question 2:
If I do go forward and submit my design to a manufacturer do you think that other people in the classic car community would be interested in this option breezy option to AC?
Question 3:
Any things that you can think of that I need to include in my design of this AC alternative?
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR HELP!
