Anyone know how to reach Dale?

His voice mailbox is full and can't leave messages

You just keep trying... he will eventually pick up the phone. I just talked to him on Monday, it took me three days of calling to reach him. He said that he will be at the national.

My impression is. He is a "one man band".. If he should leave the shop, no one is there to answer the phone. I have been lucky enough to catch him every time I called. A great guy and great supplier.. keep trying... he may be on his way to the Nats???

I tried every other day for a month. Finally got a hold of him, said he'd call back. [Twice] Never did . I'm giving up! Jim

What is the best time to call him? Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, nights or weekends?

I have been trying for months from Australia with no luck. Recently, I started trying weekends as I was not sure whether this was part time or not.

Our time zone is 14 hours ahead of Ohio so there is only a small window of opportunity to call.

Until I can get some gaskets for my 1928 Essex, I will keep making them.
    Thanks, Peter

Another option is to write a letter and send a Purchase Order to him.

The last time I needed some stuff and got the "Voice Message Box if Full" that is what I did and my stuff arrived 10 days later.

I do a similar thing with K-Gap - create an on-line order, select Pay By Check option, submit on-line order and follow up with a Purchase Order and the Check for payment. I get my stuff.

I'll give that a try. I believe he told me he does not take care of orders anyway. Thanks for the great idea! Jim
