    Does anyone know how to achieve the wood grain look on the door panels of a 51 Hornet? I am in the middle of working on the interior and on the doors, above the door panels are a wide piece of metal (not sure what you would call it), it has the same pattern as the door panels except they are metal. I would like to redo these. My friend's dad was able to do it on his 51C but he has since passed. Any help would be appreciated. The interior colors are blue and black.

    Check the internet and your local library for info on woodgraining, used to be one or two good books on the subject and you should be able to find info on the net.
