47 vs 49 Hudson drag race.

    It was only time trials and only 1/8th mile but it was fun. 1st time I have ever run the Boss (Dad) He has the 49, mine is the 47.

    Grim, If not mistaken I think the 49 has a 440 Chrysler in it, Don't know about the 47. I'm sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

    Both cars are gonna be at the Hot Rod Reunion this year. We should get there on tuesday. Both cars run 440 mopars mine's just a little more radical than Dads. Stop by our pits anytime we're there to talk cars and have a big time!

    Jody, Son Randy will be there with his 1964 Rambler 401 and hops to see you and dad.

    Mr Bennett we saw randy and his new car at the NMCA race in Atlanta and I love that car! that is a sweet little ride. I am really glad to see Randy back at the track, I know he hated selling his AMX but I like this car even better myself! I will tell Dad to be on the lookout for ya'll. We will be pitting with Barry Camp as usual so there should be plenty of BS'ing and car talk! come on by anytime. Joe
