Empire Motors, Inc. Mr. R. Perriguey/Pr

I have a 1941 Graham Hollywood exhaust manifolds at Empire Motors, El Paso, TX. Mr Perriguey is not returning calls and or e-mails. I spoke with "Old Cars Weekly", they say he has filed. He has my parts, exhaust manifolds, duel exhaust pipes.
Does anyone know if it would be possible to get into his business to get my parts back.
