I need bumpers and running board mats....
-
Hi everyone, I need bumpers and brackets for the 1930 Essex too,I need both front and rear. The back of my car has a wheel mounted on it so I don't know if it is a full bumper or just two sides? I also need running board mats for her and she would be in great shape......thanks to all......John

John,
I will send you some info on contacts, carbs, mats, etc. when I get to my home computer tonight. Welcome to the Club! -
I cant help with bumpers, if you have the rear wheel holder on the back you will need bumperettes on the rear
K- Gap was doing a awesome reproduction on the mats and that's where I got mine from
There might be other people that do them, the 1s I got had the Essex hexagon shape all through the mat and you didn't notice it to you looked close, looks very cool

You say you can't find the bumpers so must fabricate them. I'm curious...have you tried some of the normal Hudson vendors (who advertise in the WTN), like Carl Weber? Carl buys and sells tons of the "earlier" Hudson parts, as you may know.
