K=Gap appears to be offline for who knows how long. I need the following to complete my restoration.

    Power brake pedal pad
    Dual range Hydramatic linkage bushings
    Cowl vent weatherseal
    Cowl to Hood seal

Does anyone have these or can you point me in the direction where I might locate them?

    Thanks for your help,
    Doug

I am a member of the NW HET club. I used the wrong term. I have called K-GAP several times and left a message, no response.

Please try the On-line Store, make the order, and use the "Pay By Check" option. This worked for me very well recently.

Might it be a good idea to put the K-Gap contact information as a sticky at the top of the forum. This issue seems to reoccur on a regular basis.

It's an easy problem for them to fix.... answer their phone and reply to their e-mails.

Kalene has serious family health problem. I gave her call and left message. She responded with an email and completed order.

Soory Dave, but our guys here in Australia get little responce from them at all.

I feel sorry for them with their family problems, but how come you guys get a responce and our guys have trouble, when they do get a responce from them which is rare, they tell them their good have been despatched, but ,the goods never arrive.

wow - I can't answer for not Returning Phone calls....but doesn't anyone realize that your emails may not even be being delivered to KGAP's inbox?

Many times ISP providers will block emails from certain domains or that look like the might be spam?

Before jumping to conclusions that KGap is ignoring your emails you should attempt to make sure they are being delivered.

I have dealt with KGAP several times and have always gotten prompt responses and excellent service.

    Same for me.

As for the "lost" e-mails. Had it happen recently. Had to ask my ISP to Whitelist the Sender.

I have always ordered using the on-line store and "Pay By Check" method. I follow up the on-line order with Purchase Order I created with my word processor and the details from the on-line store purchase. I enclose my check and my stuff arrives.

I contacted Kaylene, here was her reply

"Could you let the forum know that we have been having computer issues, I had to take it back in for the 4th time yesterday. We now have our daughters comp updated so we can carry on with business. Could you let them know if they sent emails this past or so to re send. You can also post my cell phone number because for now that seems to be the best way to reach us. 9517270607.
    Thanks
    Kaylene"

This seems to be an ONGOING issue especially with some members.

As Rambo mentioned many ISP providers block various E-mails so before jumping to conclusions it might be worth looking into to see if the issue is on YOUR END.You might try sending a TEST E mail to someone (ME FOR INSTANCE) then follow up to see if it got delivered. Tombar46@msn.com.

Also this seems to be a reasonable response from the good folks at K-Gap. The cell phone number should provide reasonable access:
