Walt's on the road;

Margaret and Walt will head for San Diego at 4 am Wednesday morning to get pass San Jose to miss all the morning traffic. 101 is a parking lot 6 to 10 am. Just a short trip. around 600 miles. I'll have my I-pad with me to do a little checking. Trip will be in our 53 Hornet Coupe.

Travel safe, I'll see you there at the Western Regional Meet on Friday.

Wish I could head down there but too many things going on. My daughter goes to school down there and may stop by to see all the cars and take some pictures for me.

:woohoo: See You All In San Diago, will be there tomorrow afternoon. taking my Hudson Toy collection and misc. for the H E T Memorbilia room. I will be selling some my Hudson toy collection. Looks like good weather for this week end.

Started out at 4:30 am and drove to Hollister, CA and had breakfast at CASA DE FRUITA, then gassed up. Mileage,101. At 9:45 we arrived at Backsfield, CA, had quick coffee and toast, and filled the car with gas. Started out at 10:30 am for San Diego, arrived at the hotel. At 3:00 pm, signed in and will rest, then to dinner and a good nights sleep. Mileage, 520. Route 101 then 152 and route 5 all the way. Will give gas mileage when I fill it up here. 60 to 75 was the speed traveled. Plenty of troopers on 5 with their camera. Walt.
